Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address provided by email. Please also attach the shipping label that is emailed to you with the RMA authorization for faster processing. 

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges (deducted from your refund). We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping method (eg. USPS First Class) to mail back your return.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7-15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

For defective or damaged products, please contact customer service to arrange a refund or exchange. 


Your item must be in like-new condition with its original packaging, accessories and manuals. Please use a shipping box to protect the original packaging during shipping.

Open-box items

Price-matched items

General Accessories: such as such as ear pads and ear tips & Medical Accessories (for hygienic reasons) 

Please note that, these items are still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, where applicable.

All items have a base restocking fee of 10%. Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund. There is no grace period on restocking fees and they apply from the first day of purchase. 

The following additional restocking fees apply to the items listed below:

Fitness Wearables +5%

Health Wearables + 15% 

Missing Accessories or original packaging +15%

Products with batteries +15%

Earwax or Dirty headphones +25%

Return of more than 2 items in a calendar year +25%

Failure to ship item within 7 days of receiving return label +30%

Your first cancellation in one calendar year is free. Subsequent cancellations have a 5% cancellation fee. We understand that mistakes do happen and an order might need to be cancelled, but we are obliged to our payment processors to pay a non-refundable payment processing fee for each transaction.

Special order items are non-cancellable and non-returnable.

Special order items may ship earlier or later than the estimated shipping window and this will not be accepted as grounds for cancellation.

Policy Abuse

Wearme reserves the right to refuse orders from customers that we have reason to suspect that they have abused, or will abuse, our return policy, at our discretion. This also includes customers who spread returns across multiple accounts.

We made our return policy to give you - our community - the upper hand in deciding the best wearables that fit your need. Most people use it exactly as intended. We don't want the handful of people who attempt to abuse our policy to ruin it for everyone else.
